Starsha Sewell, Ed.D, M.Ed., CSM, GCP is a Cybersecurity Executive, and former Associate Campus Dean and Professor at Strayer University Headquarters. She also served as Adjunct faculty at TESST College of Technology where she taught Business, English, and Economics .
Dr. Sewell is the first African American female to serve as the Senior Trainer at Joint Chiefs of Staff, under Chairman and Retired General Mark Milley at the United States Department of Defense Headquarters.
